Faced with a shortage of workers in their area, the owners of Estrimont Suites & Spas made the decision to completely change the concept of their existing 5-star restaurant. Thus was born the
restaurant Pierre de feu. The central open kitchen, planned to the millimeter, was a challenge of layout and creativity to included all the storage and equipment needed for a complete kitchen, ultra functional and autonomous. Seats have been added around this beautiful island to allow guests to have their meals while watching the chef at work. In short, we created a convivial and unifying space in a warm atmosphere.
