On June 17, 2015, Estérel Resort acquired a real Québec treasure: the Bistro’s Champlain wine collection, which had more than 5,000 bottles. Champlain Charest, a trained radiologist, had such an exceptional wine cellar that, since 1988, she was awarded the Grand Prix of the renowned Wine Spectator magazine for the first time in Canada. We have been mandated to create within Esterel Resort a wine cellar that can hold more than 8000 bottles, some with particular dimensions, a tasting area and a bar at the height of this collection. It is therefore in a chic, comfortable and relaxed industrial atmosphere that amateurs can go and taste these wines.
This project was a turnkey project and the mandates were:

• Make choices and purchases of furniture and accessories
• Design custom furniture
• Coordination and site management
