This 2900 sq. Ft. home in Singer Island, Florida was built in the 1970s and has never been renovated before. The new owners of this house, having acquired it for a rental purpose, wanted to modernize it to make it more functional, desirable and welcoming. It was decided that a major renovation would be necessary, so we redid the electricity, the plumbing and the floor and wall coverings in new. A beautiful discovery awaited us during the bare and removal of the old carpet; beautiful terrazzo that only required polishing. Open spaces have been created to bring together and expand the living area. The landscaping and the terrace have also benefited from a deserved update.
